“I chose to become a licensed real estate professional because I firmly believe that my background will enhance and elevate my clients’ experience. As a home owner and a father of 3, I have high expectations for my investments and I consider that my clients have the same.”
New to real estate? Not really. New to the profession? Yes but you may not realize it until he tells you since Pascal has acquired his rich experience through a career of over 25 years in sales and marketing with local, national and international clients and suppliers as well as in banking advising individuals and businesses. The core foundation to his success; Strong moral and work ethics and genuinely caring. Customer focused, there is no hiding or pretending, only true dedicated professional service, this is what you can expect from Pascal and our Team.
“I have learnt and retained a lot from each of my teammates and experiences. Throughout my career, I have met clients that had difficult past experiences or being ill advised or not taken care of at all, and I made it right every time because no one deserves to be disrespected, simple.
In any business, I know I am doing a good job when I see the smile and enthusiasm of my clients and that’s the only outcome I will accept for them.
Over the years, I made a good number of real estate transactions on a personal basis and moved my family between Quebec and Ontario at three occasions. I had great and not so great experiences with realtors. I know the emotional and financial implications. Real estate is very personal and needs to be treated that way.
I joined The Way Home Team because this is how I grew up and built my career; sharing and helping each other. Team work brings possibilities, different views and resources. Because each individual is gifted in their own special way and we are sharing that same solid core values. If you have ever met our leaders Wendy and Tim, you know what I am talking about.’’
Getting to know me 5 Things on my Bucket List:
- Learn to sing (because I am really terrible at it but enjoying it so much!)
- Learn Italian (because my fiancé’s parents are such kind and generous people, and I love the country, and first and foremost, I love her deeply)
- Take a photography class (because I have always been fascinated by it)
- Drive a racing car on a track for fun (because it’s safer :) )
- Make volunteering my full time occupation (because this is the greatest gift)
